General job scope for Post-renovation & Pre-move in includes:
- Vacuum and mop floor, wash if necessary
- Thorough cleaning of all internal & external cabinets and closets
- Clean exterior of lighting fixtures
- Wipe glass windows, metal grilles & wrought iron grilles if any
- Wash kitchen and toilet floor
- Dust & wipe all internal & external kitchen cabinets and top hung if any
- Clean & wipe wall tiles
General job scope for Move-out event includes:
